Eating Grasshoppers and Chicken Feet

The other day I ate dinner with some friends of mine and I dined on deep-fried grasshoppers which were surprisingly really good even though any taste from the grasshopper was killed by the massive spices they coated them in. I also ate a boiled chicken’s foot which was unsurprisingly completely nasty. There was hardly anything to eat on it, but I devoured its palm and then ate the skin off one of the fingers so I could see the bone. My friends got a kick out of me pretending to shake hands with it. Ahhh, classic. Couldn’t have imagined doing that a year ago. Khun Ree has a nice picture of this somewhere. Can’t find it though.
