No Haircuts on Wednesday

I was asking a friend about recommendations for a place to get a haircut last week and through conversation about haircuts, I found out that it is considered unlucky to get a haircut on Wednesday. What a strange belief. The weird thing is that the shops are open on Wednesday. Seems like bad business practice to me. Anyways, I got a haircut at a shop around the corner….on a Tuesday.
