Just got my hands on a slab of pure gold! Didn’t know this hella-rare gem was gonna drop today and what a pleasant delight it is to be able to digest more sounds from Orchestre Poly-Rythmo de Cotonou (or Cotonou-Dahomey on this release), one of Benin’s illest. The previous releases of theirs are nothing less than exceptional and have been spun numerous times on the hi-fi. Can’t wait to get home and toss the needle on these grooves! Don’t hesitate!
